sentence 1. I chose this image because if body is the primary mode of perceiving scale then every human is going to use their own body image as a scale. sentence 2. I chose this image because authentic objects can be anything that comes from that specific country. although i find the most cultural objects to seem the most authentic. sentence 3. I chose this because souvenirs can be meaningless to some, while so important to others. While ones body and mind can control their emotion attachment to an object while others see it simply as just an object. sentence 4. i chose this because a horse is an object that i do not have. While this statement states that nostalgia cannot be sustained without loss, i disagree. one can miss something because of lack of ever having it. sentence 5. this is an example of an exotic souvenir. an object that is a true memory of a specimen and trophy.
